Returns and exchanges
Returns are possible within 30 days of delivery: new, unused and in the original packaging.
How it works
Message or email us that you'd like to return an item. For a rooftop tent we arrange transport together. That's not something you just drop in the post. The refund follows shortly after we've received and checked the product.
Exchanging
Prefer to exchange for a different model or colour? That's fine, as long as the product is unused. Message us and we'll sort it out together.
Cooling-off period
By law you have 14 days after receipt to cancel the purchase, without giving a reason. We give you 30 days for that.
